Major Research Areas

  1. Clinical Medicine: Utilizing systems epidemiology and multi-omics methods to identify biomarkers, biological targets, and metabolic pathways, deeply exploring the pathogenesis of diseases, establishing early prediction and high-risk individual screening models, providing scientific support fo personalized medicine and translational medicine; developing in vitro diagnostic methods based on biomarker discovery and realizing clinical      application.

  2. Environmental Medicine: Based on transcriptomics, gut microbiome, epigenomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, combining exposome with systems epidemiology, studying the association and molecular mechanism of environmental factors (environmental exposure, nutrition, lifestyle, etc.)  with diseases, preventing diseases and promoting health in a precise manner.

  3. Public Health Emergency Platform Construction: High-throughput analysis technology for harmful substances in complex samples (food, biological samples, environmental samples)
