Major Research Areas

Our research interests focus on the development of diagnosis systems for identification of pathogens, detection of resistant mutations of pathogens, and genotyping of pathogens. We also develop the monitor systems for microbiotas of respiratory tract, genital tract, and gastrointestinal tract to study the relationship between variation of microbiota and inflammation.
