L zhang presided over the general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China for intrauterine transmission of HBV, put forward the definition of intrauterine occult infection, and verified that there are two main ways of intrauterine transmission and mother-to-child transmission of HBV infection in young children from population, cell and molecular studies. Placental trophoblast infection with HBV can be achieved through PBMC cells and humoral pathways; IFN-γ and IL-12 can be considered as interventions, IL-18 can predict the occurrence of HBV intrauterine dominant infection and occult infection in their neonates, and the serum TLR 9 level of pregnant women can be used as an effective indicator for monitoring and management. L zhang presided over biosecurity projects, built biosecurity courses in military academies and won teaching awards, edited a number of related textbooks, and took the lead in developing and building a multi-dimensional biosecurity teaching system in colleges and universities.
