主要研究领域

1. 系统流行病学和毒理学:基于转录组、肠道宏基因组、表观遗传组、蛋白质组以及代谢组,将暴露组与系统流行病学相结合,研究环境因素(如大气污染、绿地、光污染、内分泌干扰物、持久性有机污染物等)以及营养、生活方式等因素与疾病的关联及分子机制。通过这种综合方法,旨在精准预防疾病、促进健康。此外,还利用细胞和动物模型研究环境暴露因素的分子毒性机制。

2. 临床诊断标志物发现及诊断模型:通过多组学方法寻找生物标志物、生物靶点和代谢途径,深入探讨疾病的发病机制,建立早期预测和高危个体筛选模型,为个性化医疗和转化医学提供科学支持。基于标志物的发现,开发体外诊断方法并实现临床应用。

3. 公共卫生应急平台建设:研究复杂样品(如食品、生物样品、环境样品)中有害物质的高通量分析技术,旨在提升公共卫生应急响应能力。
